Lunar Skies Jewelry and Fine Art features Quentin Eckman, that's me. All of my sculptures and each piece of jewelry is hand-crafted. I also hand-cut nearly all of the gemstones I use.

I've earned a living as an artist during a career that has spanned over forty years. I like to think I bring innovation and a fresh approach to jewelry design. I think of each piece of jewelry as sculpture. As I design a piece, I try to imagine how light and shadow will play against the finished silver. I love the challenge presented with each individual stone. That's why I learned lapidary art as well as metalsmithing, to bring more control and freedom to my designs.

As you peruse our web site please note that all pieces are hand-made. While some designs or design elements are repeated, no two pieces are exactly alike. Stones cut for earring pairs are as alike as the material will allow. The unique style is a continually evolving process.
