Tiger's Eye and Sterling Silver Ring, size 8. This a hand crafted art piece, jewelry that makes a fashion statement. I personally selected the amber cabochon, then hand forged the sterling silver to take advantage of the beauty of the stone.

A member of the quartz group, tiger's eye and the related blue-coloured mineral hawk's eye gain their silky, lustrous appearance from the parallel intergrowth of quartz crystals and altered amphibole fibres that have mostly turned into limonite.
