Turquoise or possibly Dyed Howlite Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings. These are one of a kind (ooak) art. I personally hand cut these gemstones from material that was represented to be turquoise of unkown origin. It features nice black matrix. However I suspect the material my actually be dyed Howlite. In either case the color and matrix is striking. I hand forged the metalwork to take advantage of the beauty of the stones. Turquoise is found in Brazil, Mexico, Peru and the United States. Also found in Australia, China, Egypt, Russia and Tibet. This turquoise comes from the Kingman mine in Kingman Arizona, generally considered some of the most sought after turquoise in the world.
